What to do with that Cash you got for Christmas?

Did you get everything you wanted for Christmas? Or do you still have a few things for the kitchen you are dying to get? Here are my top kitchen items that I won’t be able to wait until Santa comes next year to get.

I love this rolling pin. I have to say that since I take a lot of pictures of food this rolling pin is beautiful and will definitely inspire some creativity. It is also very solid and a good weight for rolling out pie dough.

The hydrangea flower towel just happens to have the colors of my kitchen in it. And a big bonus is that it looks handmade. Lovely!

The skillet is so pretty. Again, me being obsessed with pretty kitchen things but it is also a great cast iron pan. It’s 2.25 quart size is great for braising and soups and not only is it on sale but it is a french made Le Creuset. Caribbean blue….love it.

Moscow mule mugs. Yes, drinking this delicious beverage from a cold copper mug makes it all worth while. Here’s a recipe for Moscow Mule’s:

1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
2 ounces of vodka
4-6 ounces ginger beer
Fill the chilled mug with ice; add lime juice and vodka. Top with ginger beer and garnish with lime slices and fresh mint.

Ok, I admit, I did get one of these recently. I just had to share. It is the best juicer I have owned. You can put whole apples in it due to the large opening. It takes a lot of juicing to fill up the pulp container so cleaning it out isn’t as frequent. This thing is a workhorse. I love it.
